TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • ALL QUOTES SUBJECT TO BRONCO COMPANIES’ TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BELOW ITEMS MAY BE APPLICABLE FOR QUOTED LOAD.
  • Quote/Rate Con is based on clear and stable access.
  • Quote/Rate Con is valid for 30 days from time of quote.
  • Quote/Rate Con does not include any frost law permits, or seasonal weight restriction permits, if needed they will be billed at cost plus 15%
  • Price is based upon weights and dimensions supplied by customer. Deviations from these weights and dimensions may result in additional charges and may impact the ability to obtain clearances/permits.
  • Price is subject to final schedule and site/route review.
  • Bronco Logistics, LLC, regards any Purchase Order sent as a document verifying only the products and services ordered NOT as a document that adds or modifies the Bronco Logistics, LLC, Terms & Conditions.
  • Bronco Logistics, LLC, will mobilize equipment and manpower only after receipt of a valid PO.
  • Standard payment terms are net 30 days, at which time interest will accrue at 1.5% per month.
  • This Quote/Rate Con assumes adequate notice to schedule equipment and manpower. Delays that cause stand-by and additional mobilizations are additional costs.
  • Quote/Rate Con is based on work being performed in 1 mobilization.
  • Quote/Rate Con is contingent on DOT approval of Bronco Logistics proposed trailer configuration.
  • Any delays not caused by Bronco Logistics, will be charged at standby rates listed above. Including delays due to weather, acts of God, or force majeure. Any expenses by Bronco Logistics, including but not limited to escort costs, standby costs and expired permits will be billed at cost plus 15%.
  • Quote/Rate con does not include Customs and or broker fees.
  • All equipment is quoted subject to availability.
  • Quote/Rate Con does not include any plating, jumping, shoring, or matting of any structures on route or at site. These services can be provided at additional cost, per DOT or site requirements.
  • Utilities, tree trimming, bucket trucks, railroad flagman, state and local police will be billed on a cost plus 15% basis.
  • Quote/Rate Con does not include road bonds.
  • All compaction and clearances at the unloading site, blocking locations and tie down points are the responsibility of the client.
  • Transit time subject to permit approval date.
  • Lifting of lines inside of facility will be the responsibility of others.
  • Quote/Rate Con is based on the trailer being able to get within 20’ parallel to the final pad location.
  • We require proper operating clearances if the substation/plant is energized. The client must provide all road use agreements for travel on private roads into site.
  • Subject to normal requirements to access at job site and or rail spur. Any special and specific requirements will be negotiated.
  • Quote/Rate Con includes unloading all accessories if they arrive while Bronco Logistics is onsite and can be unloaded with a 10,000lb forklift, and included in the original quote.
  • Quote/Rate Con includes up to 2 hrs. of site training. Additional training will be billed at an hourly rate.
  • Quote/Rate Con does not include any changed of direction or reorganization by rotation to place and set on the pad or to access paid due to obstructions
  • The standard minimum cargo insurance of a carrier performing the work is for a value up to $100,000 per load based on declared value. Bronco Logistics, LLC maintains at lease insurance $100,000. However, Shipper is responsible for notifying Bronco Companies, in writing, if any single load has a cargo value of greater than $100,000, at lease 2 working days prior to pickup. This is to allow Bronco to confirm whether proper insurance is already in place or to procure necessary coverage for the high value load. If a cargo value is not declared in writing, claims may be limited to $2.50 per pound.
  • COSTS SUBJECT TO CHANGE IF ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIALS AND/OR SERVICES ARE RQUIRED TO PROPBELR AND SAFELY PERFORM THE ABOVE SERVICES.
